Car Detailing in JBR

JBR vehicles face a unique triple threat: beach sand that gets everywhere (especially interiors), salt air that corrodes wheels and paint, and some of the tightest parking in Dubai. Sand tracked in from The Beach and The Walk embeds in carpet fibres and seat fabrics, creating a gritty interior that regular vacuuming can't fix. Our interior detailing includes deep extraction cleaning that removes sand from every crevice. For exteriors, the combination of sea air and heavy pedestrian traffic means frequent contact damage and salt exposure.

Beach sand is heavier and finer than household dust, and it works downward. Within a week of regular beach trips it is not on the carpet, it is under it, sitting in the pile against the backing and down inside the seat rails.

A vacuum lifts the top layer and leaves the rest. You feel the difference the next time someone gets in and the carpet crunches again. Extraction is what actually clears it, because water carries the grit back up out of the pile instead of skating over it. Seat rails, the boot lip and the door card pockets get done by hand, because that is where it collects and no machine reaches.

There is a paint consequence too. Sand walked onto the sills and then brushed off dry is one of the most reliable ways to scratch a door edge, which is why we rinse before anything touches the car.

JBR garages carry residents, hotel guests, beach visitors and the whole Walk crowd through the same ramps. Trolleys, bikes, boards and shopping bags pass within inches of parked cars all weekend.

That is why door edges and bumper corners here collect more contact marks than anywhere else we work. Nothing prevents it entirely, but a coated surface takes a light scuff far better than bare clearcoat, and a quarterly polish keeps the accumulation from becoming permanent.

We schedule JBR mid-week wherever possible. The ramps are calmer, the bays around you are empty, and the team can work without pausing every few minutes for traffic.
