Service Provider
These terms govern your use of services provided by Super Quick Care Car Wash L.L.C. (trading as SuperQuick Car Detailers), a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form.
- Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no charge.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or operational constraints.
Service Terms
- Mobile services require a suitable workspace (covered or shaded area preferred).
- Access to a water source and electrical outlet may be needed for certain services.
- Vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled time. Delays may affect service quality or require rescheduling.
- Pre-existing damage will be documented before work begins.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices on the website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition.
- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Warranties
- Ceramic coating (Adams Graphene): Up to 9-year manufacturer warranty with maintenance requirements.
- Ceramic coating (Sonax): Up to 3-year manufacturer warranty with maintenance requirements.
- PPF (XPEL/3M): 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling.
- Warranty claims require proof of regular maintenance as specified at time of service.
Liability
We take reasonable care with your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
